Faq’s

What crew are on board?

There is a total of 7 Crew on DeLisle III whilst on charter which include the Captain, First Mate, Deck hand, Engineer, Cook, Chief Stewardess & Stewardess.

Should I take out travel Insurance?

Yes. We strongly recommend everyone that travels should take out their own insurance.

What type of power points do you have?

Both vessels are fitted out with Australian 240 Volts 50~.

Do you supply hair dryers?

Yes we do have hair dryers set aside for our guests on both vessels.

Do I need to bring my own linen/towels?

No, the boat will supply all towels and linen; this is included in the charter rate.

Should I bring my own snorkel gear?

If you have your own we do recommend this is probably more comfortable, but the boat does supply snorkeling equipment and stinger suits.

Are there any dangerous animals in the area?

We like our guests to be aware that as we are on water; or with some activities, in water, there is always the possibility of a chance encounter.

What items do you recommend I bring?

Essential items should include a hat, sun protection shirts/tops, camera, swimmers and personal hygiene items.

Do you have child minding facilities?

No, but if required and given enough notice we can arrange. Note, the agreement of such service would be charged back to the guest.

Are there phone and internet services?

Yes we have both phone and internet services but we are dependent on the cruising area and signal availability whilst out at sea.

Is there a washing machine and dryer on board?

Yes we have full laundry facilities. We are happy to carry out any personal laundering during your stay at an additional charge.

Do you have music or should I bring my own?

As tastes in music vary we strongly encourage our guests to bring their own music.

Are there iPod connections so I can listen to my own music?

We do not supply a docking station but are able to connect the iPod to our stereo system which can then be played throughout most of the boat. Again we would encourage our guests to bring any of those items with them so as to be disappointed whilst on board.
